Liability Waiver

RELEASE/WAIVER: I hereby agree to indemnify and hold harmless PUT ON LOVE + MARKET and its staff against all claims for personal injuries or damages of any kind arising from participation in any Candle Making workshop, classes, and virutal sessions and their resulting products.

NOT MEDICAL ADVICE: I understand that no ingredients, ingredient descriptions, or guidelines presented are intended to treat, prevent, or cure any disease or condition.

PHOTO CONSENT: By your signature, you agree that PUT ON LOVE + MARKET may use the below named participants photograph in the routine promotion of its activities.

SUBSEQUENT VISITS: This waiver shall be kept on file and adhered to for both initial and subsequent visits to the workshop by the participant.


I fully understand and acknowledge that the workshops offered at PUT ON LOVE + MARKET may involve inherent risks, dangers and hazards which may result in injury or illness. All live classes, Virtual workshops and sessions offer a No Refund Policy.

I hereby voluntarily agree to release, waive, discharge, hold harmless, defend, and indemnify PUT ON LOVE + MARKET, its staff and assistants from all claims, actions or losses for bodily injury, property damage, wrongful death, or otherwise, which may arise from my participation in any workshops or classes, resulting products from workshops or classes, or from use of equipment provided by PUT ON LOVE + MARKET.

You may revoke this waiver at any time by sending a statement via certified mail to: PUT ON LOVE + MARKET, PO BOX 5307 Pine Mountain Club, CA 93222.

I accept full liability for creations made by the participant in the workshop.
