I learned how important it is to love and take care of myself after experiencing a health journey several years ago. Due to stress-related stomach pains, I had to let go of all the striving and find healing in my body and soul. I realized I needed to love myself from the inside out, taking care of my body, mind and emotions with a non-toxic, slower lifestyle.
